Run a legit business here in the Philippines, if you have the contacts, run a small call center to start with or some food business, high end internet cafes etc. Do online selling here it's huge especially with Cash on Delivery better if you can find a way to import on China and do wholesale to resellers.

Unfortunately the population is massively increasing on this planet, real estate would be my choice if I had the capital.
