Getting website visitors but no sales yet, what am I doing wrong?

I have been growing a following for a while on Pinterest, I had planned this to get an organic audience before I launch my website.
My pinterest account is around 1.3k followers and gets about 2.5M monthly views as of now, but I can easily get it up to 8M+ (that's what it was at before i slowed down to work on the website). I feel like I have pinterest figured out for the most part.

Now my issue is, the website has gotten about 250 visitors now (for being live for 4 days), but only one added to cart.

Some more info about the website:
I'm using Dawn theme, with 2-3 colors that contrast each other, so buy buttons are clear to see. I have checked and made sure that the website is mobile friendly.
I have policies for returns, shipping, an about us section with a story etc...
I have approximately 60 ish products live on the website.
I have 5 blogs written related to my niche
I have made sure that my website actually loads and that the speed score is 73 (lighthouse test) 66 on shopify admin
I have added some trust factors like, money back guarantee, free shipping, and secure checkout.
I have added some social proof like reviews (each item should have reviews, 1 review minimum up to 3, didn't wanna go overboard because it's supposed to be a new website)
I have a sticky add-to-cart
There's more social proof like a sales pop up, like (someone from X region made a purchase + a random item.
There's a brief FAQ in the landing page that talks about shipping times, returns, and how to contact us. (with links to the policies of each one)
My shipping times are 2-9 days for us and 8-16 for other areas.
For session duration, some users stay for 10 secs and some stay for 1:10 +, the average be would be about 1:20 (not accounting google bot cause it messes with results)
My audience is varied and so I have a currency converter that shows up in local currency, however translation wasnt doable because it just slows down the website so much.

One key aspect that i think is worth mentioning is that, when I posted about my website on pinterest (I accompany an ad with each post). I never mentioned what the website sells, I've only mentioned that the website is live and that I wanted peoples Curiosity to take over and check it out. But before I switched my ad format, I wanted to know if I'm doing something wrong? am I being impatient? or should I simply just switch the ad format to something that highlights the products sold for example?
I also need to mention that original idea was to sell on impulse because the prices on the website are not that high, the average being like 20-25$

But all in all, I'm open to feedback and recommendations.

Are your products women-related? - Pinterest is mainly a women's platform.
I always remind those asking questions like yours that the best answer you can find is by looking at what your competitors are already doing.
Your setup seems to be right - your traffic is great - don't despair - be patient - do your research and sales will eventually increase.

In my own experience and many others I've seen on this site say Pinterest traffic converts horribly. Not entirely sure why but having had a page that was doing 1.2M impressions and still getting ZERO sales I've started using Pinterest only for my blog
