yea thats how I started great way!Advertise locally (like - your country/city)?
very interesting so offer them to improve their already existing siteEmail website owners.. You can get their emails by scraping https://whois.domaintools.com/

Hire a VA to find clients and leads for you
How?
Find VAs on Fiverr and ask them if they would work on a QUOTA basis
QUOTA means - they deliver X leads or post X ads or you don't pay them
Don't get SUCKERED by time-based outsourcing (ie., people who charge per hour etc)
You would have to hit up a lot of people on Fiverr until you find someone who'd agree to a quota
You can also try quota-specific platforms like LXN or cognoplus or some others you can search for - I'm sure there are tons of others out there
It would also help if you can TRY OUT or screen the applicants so you only end up people who are competent enough to deliver the RESULTS you want
I got clients for web design by offering free website thats bare-bones. Once you make that, ask for money to make a more built out site. Worked great for me as clients see that they can trust you with a free site and most are willing to pay for a bigger site.
email local businesses and dont stop!
You have to message them first. Cut a deal. Stop paying for "I did my best" (and dragged my feet). That's not going to cut it. You need (and must DEMAND) results.that is very good advice! I did not know virtual assistants can do this or even willing to do this
Very interesting! have you gotten some success with this cold email scrape method?use kleanlead.com. Pick a niche and scrape leads in a location to cold email
