Getting 50 Facebook Ad Account ...

i hope you're doing fine, so there is this guy right who claims no one know this method, he earns abt 6 figures a month with facebook and viral traffic, he said he has 50 Facebook ad account with VPS, that is so confusing to me ...
so i came here to you guys, my onilne professional knights.. (lol) to put some things clear, so here's my questions:

A : does he use 1 VPS for 1 Facebook Ad Account or 1 VPS for multiple Facebook Ad Accounts ?

B: does the CC Address has to be the same as the ip ?

D: Do you have to use the real name of CC's owner on the Facebook Account or it's okay if it's different ?

C: Do you have to use Virtual Credit Cards or Physical Credit Card so Facebook doesn't ban you ?

D: Let's say your Facebook Ad Account got banned, so that means your CC too got banned, how do you get both a new cc or vcc, And a Facebook Ad Account ?

I REEEEEEALLY hope you answer all the questions guys and i would appreciate it A LOT <3 , cuz this guy got us all confused and he's bragging all week abt his money so it's really confusing.

A : does he use 1 VPS for 1 Facebook Ad Account or 1 VPS for multiple Facebook Ad Accounts ? Probably 1 VPS for 1 FB Ad account or max of 3 IF he is using VPS.

B: does the CC Address has to be the same as the ip ? No, but it doesn't hurt to get zip the same.

D: Do you have to use the real name of CC's owner on the Facebook Account or it's okay if it's different ? No, but again doesnt hurt to get if you can.

C: Do you have to use Virtual Credit Cards or Physical Credit Card so Facebook doesn't ban you ? Do not use VCC.

D: Let's say your Facebook Ad Account got banned, so that means your CC too got banned, how do you get both a new cc or vcc, And a Facebook Ad Account ? There are plenty of sellers around ( I am one) and yes you will need a new CC once one is banned, you cant reuse same cards. FB will give you error message even if you tried.
