Hey thanks, good share. I am trying to get VCC, the site asks for two verification doc

1: Identity proof
2: Some statement or utility bill for address proof.

Will test and report !

Making VCC myself will be cool! There was pdf floated on how to many money with VCC.

Why in the world would a credit card company want your 'real' address?

Oh, that's right...because they're liable for chargebacks if you leave them hanging.

Forget NETELLER - they call you at home. Very strict now They also make 2 small deposits into your account before you can activate it
