so what I gather, its best to go up to the university and user their wifi to create accounts.

It makes senses. You see 500 people logging into to Gmail in the computer lab. No accounts are flagged.

Was able to do about 3 accounts on regular ip and 3 accounts on phone tether before it wouldnt allow anymore. IG deleted the previous account after I pushed it.
