I have a sport Blog (in specific niche ), I'm getting only a few visitors per day around 200 and that's only from social bookmarking sites, especially reddit.

Is there any other free ways that can drive more traffic to my blog without hurting SEO ?

You can try to get article placements on high authority sites in your niche, it will help you to gain targeted traffic. Guest posting on niche relevant real sites will surely help.

Share those articles on social media platform and drive traffic to your website.

Work more on your content, build index size (amount of rich content pages), start working on reviews and deals with your business players like content swaps / selling content. It won't hurt your SEO efforts, more like opposite.

Also you could try to leverage sport related groups in FB and work on presenting your website, yourself as expert and promote not just your website but whole niche.

Work on Youtube videos and get traffic to your website.

Work on Instagram posts and get traffic to your website.

Build a community around with FB group if needed.

Many options. Possible to create tangible results in months.

    A few ideas.

I agree with demigod888's Facebook idea. Facebook works blockbusters for sports My cricket FB page gets thousands of visitors with a $5 boost every time I post something. I haven't even monetized it yet, it's a hobby - but I should. It's so easy

To get real targeted traffic start scraping emails. Sports blogs, Facebook, Yell sports sites, Tumblr sports pages etc. Grab those emails and use them to create a list for Facebook and add it as a custom audience through the Power Editor
