Get ranked locally in short span

So, there is a keyword: lets say "a b c"
This keyword has no search volumes with zero competition.
But the websites ranking for this have high authority and high trust flow.
Most of them are news and entertainment websites.

What should I do here to get those ranked websites down and my listings on first page.

Does xrumor or senuke help?

That's right = so much for the "keep building content" myth. Hope it sets you on the right path. Reading how he did it will give you plenty of hints.

So, what we've got:
zero competition
super long tail
high authority sites that just fulfill the SERP gap

That's a perfect scenario for you.
However, you shouldn't think how to take down those sites.
Just do some ordinary SEO to put your page up.

Try building a plenty of WEB 2.0s, then generate tier 1-2 links
Personally I prefer quality over quantity. In this particular case I mean building 10-20 high quality ******** comments to each web2.0 instead of "super-explosive-ultra-damage-high-energy-domination-blast".

Also it's a good choice to try ranking 5 pages instead of one. For example try ranking one page of your site and 4 web2.0's.

There was a post somewhere where he exposed exactly what he did. I searched all over for it, I think he deleted it.

Basically exposed the local ranking algo. He may have been contacted by G to take it down perhaps? Anyway now he's trying to sell his tool but I read the original writeup before he took down the site and recall it wasn't about the tools. He found some nice tricks.

Proves there's plenty of room for SEO.
