[Get] Plugin not to get banned!

I haven't seen any recent thread on a wordpress plugin called: "MaxBlogPress Ping Optimizer"

I just discovevered this one and what it does:

Wordpress automaticly pings directories (maybe you have a list of 50+) this list can be found here (if you are new/beginner/newb):





PROBLEM:
Everytime you edit or update your post, after publishing it; wordpress automaticly pings your website to many dirs. and causing "spam". You can get banned for this spam, no joke = bad SEO.

SOLUTION:
A free plugin "MaxBlogPress Ping Optimizer" ; Download and install this one.

(The plugin makes sure WP doesn't double-ping your new post.)

Not to get banned ? Unless you are posting like 5 posts a minute, there's no fear in getting banned...

Anyways, nice tutorial ( the plugin has been shared a couple of times around )

Sorry, I just found it useful to put it up...
It's not only about posting but mostly about EDITING..Updating your post..

I find myself finding errors when I post something and to check it the post looks good, sometimes I have to re-update my post 10 times... -_-"
