[GET] Free Wordpress Scraper-Commenter v0.2b

Don't forget about the 1k results/keyword! Also, I got a ".net" error when I use many footprints. (over 30-40 lines)
What do you mean 30-40 lines? The software only supports only one footprint. For example
"Powered by wordpress" + "leave comment"
is only one footprint.

@pauliakas Please give me some info on what the problem is. Do you get an error?

try to add "Import List"
cause sometimes i dont scrap my self, i get get some lists from friends :)

also if possible can you share source code, i know some .NET

It already supports all txt lists that are in the format 1 blog per line
But if you have a specific format in mind let me know and I will see what I can do.

What's the format for proxies? IP:port:user:pass or maybe IP : port : user : pass ?

I hope you don't steal proxy user and passwords with this software (although if you don't now, I gave you the idea now, but well, f**k it...)

EDIT: Anyway, I picked some random smaller autoapprove list (yesterday I was in the download frenzy mode and downloaded s***tloads of these lists) - Browsing through forum I've realized that these autoapprove lists are hammered heavily and tend to stop working pretty fast so I was trying to pickup those shared not more than 1-1.5 months ago.
Since I don't know the format to use to load up proxies with this software, I went with direct connection and 5 threads. I let it process 865 files, 238 were said to be successful and 5 autoapprove - I then went to check these autoapprove ones and none of them had a link to my site. I tried manually submitting to them, only 2 were successfull for manual submit and they were autoapprove, the other 3 not

Now, did I do something wrong here or something is wrong with the software - why did the software mark 5 of the 865 submissions as autoapprove when none of them had a backlink to my site prior to me trying to submit manually to them?

The proxy is field is IP : port
There is no USER:password support for proxies at the moment (for me to steal LOL).

I think you may have downloaded the older version of the software not 0.2.1b which was posted a few posts down. The new version also has an auto approve error (as I commented on a previous post), which is not that common. It seems to be some sort of protection where these sites show the poster that the comment was posted but remove it later (maybe akismet? I don't know). This is the reason I haven't released the new version yet because I am trying to work on these glitches first.

I'm positive I downloaded the newest version of your software dude.

The problem is probably since I used my own connection. I'll try with proxies later, now I need to go take some sleep, been up almost 22 hours :D

@christoss1959: I didn't use at all the "Wordpress footprint" box. I deleted what was there and in the "Keywords" box I pasted my own footprints, like this:
Code:
"leave a reply" + "dog food"
"leave a reply" + "cat food"

and so on... there were about 40 lines
And please make it able to scrape 1000 results per keyword/footprint/query.

Just an FYI for those who follow this thread. I decided that it wouldn't be too practical to include a pagerank checker in the Wordpress Scraper. But I included the PageRank checker in my separate Search Engine Scraper (which includes a few more features than the wordpress scraper but no default wordpress footprints). You can get my search engine scraper and post feedback about it in this thread:

Code:

Since I got a few PM's for people about this, I thought to post it here as well. Since I started a new job and I don't have a lot of free time I listed bottopia (with all its software and sourcecode) for sale in flippa. The reason I am selling the site is because I've spent a lot of time developing the tools and thought it wouldn't hurt to get something for my trouble and someone will probably have more use of it than I will.

Thanks for your support,
Christos

Its actually neither I am using Httpwebrequest to scrap google. I think I've explained somewhere around the forum how I am actually doing it.

does this software work now? Or do you have any plans to release an update for it? I am just curious to know.
