[GET] FREE Do-follow Amazon.com Backlink

Interested to see if this has been indexed for anyone yet?

Hey fellow IMers, today I decided to take a couple minutes and share a helpful way that I found on how to get a Do-follow backlink from Amazon.com. Super simple, very quick, and free. Let's jump in.

First, make sure you're signed into your Amazon account. Then, head to this link: http://amazon.com/gp/wishlist/get-button You should see a button to install Amazon's "assistant" extension. I'm on chrome, but I imagine they've probably made extensions for most popular browsers out there.

Install the browser extension, should only take a few seconds to complete. Now that you've gotten the extension, head over to your website that you'd like to create a backlink for. Once you've landed on your site, click the amazon browser extension (on chrome it's in the top right section of the browser).

From the extension's dropdown, you should see a large yellow button with the text "Add to Shopping List". On the very right hand side of this button, click the arrow icon and then from the dropdown that appears, select "Wish List".

Now that you've added the site to your wishlist, head back over to http://amazon.com

In the top menu section of Amazon, you should see "Hello [name] Account & Lists". Hover over this section and then from the dropdown that appears, click "Wish List" (it's under the "Your Lists" section).

Now you can see the site that you just added to your wishlist - it's full clickable url is there and you also have the ability to add extra comments to this site's listing (add some keywords here if you wish).
If you right click on your site's url and select "inspect", you will see that this is indeed a Do-follow link!

And that's all, rinse and repeat with any sites you like! Happy link building.
Great! But amazon use noindex and nofollow meta for wishlist pages

remember to create a new wishlist before adding your links. also, mention the price and some description to avoid spammy look

I am sure I read that amazon closed this some time ago by making the wish lists expire. Think it was last week after I read @Sherb google post and did some searching wrt Amazon links.

Thanks for sharing, but you can see through -view page source-
</script><!-- Stopping Search engines from indexing this page -->
<meta name="robots" content="noindex" />

I tried to force it through GWM, and let's see.. But I think it won't be indexed..

You also need to change the the view type of the shopping list. By Default all the shopping list are private and only visible to the logged in users. Click on the edit list option (it should be present beside the shopping list name) and then select the view type to be public.

Now the urls of the shopping list can be accessed by anyone

Amazon would be stupid by not setting it to "NoIndex". Its the same with dead subreddits and so on.

No index?

Code:
                <meta name="robots" content="noindex" />

its not working and showing a msg "Could not move extension directory into profile."
what to do here sir
