[GET] Facebook automation bot

Hello members of BHW,

I would like to give away my program ('FB Manager') I wrote for automating Facebook.
It can do the following:

Automate posts to group, pages and timeline
Search for groups based on keywords and join these groups for you.
Some other things e.g. leave group with a click on a button

I am giving it away because I can't reach the desired functionality (the .dll is use doesnt support proxies) and the inability to sell it in the Netherlands (I translated it to english

)and I don't want it to be a waste of time.

You can only use the program with one account at the time. However you can use virtual machines to run the program with a specified proxy in Internet Explorer so you automate multiple accounts.

Requirements:

Windows XP or Windows 7 (I haven't tested it on vista or windows 8)
.Net 4.0 or higher
It runs on 32 and 64 bit.
Internet Explorer

The link of the scan I posted originally was a site scan apparantly. I uploaded the .exe to virustotal and it indeed returned 1 detection of malware. I don't know how my program can be malware but it apparantly is.

Don't use it if you don't trust it

The way virustotal works is pretty unreliable. Most virus scanners are pretty unreliable, in fact. We've got a pretty good article about it on our blog but the gist is this quote from VirusTotal:

"In VirusTotal desktop-oriented solutions coexist with perimeter-oriented solutions; heuristics in this latter group may be more aggressive and paranoid, since the impact of false positives is less visible in the perimeter. It is simply not fair to compare both groups....Very often antivirus solutions and URL scanners will produce false positives, i.e. detect as malicious innocuous files and URLs. These erroneous detections may severely hinder the business activity/popularity of third party products (e.g. refrain access to a given site, dissuade users from downloading and installing a given application, etc.)."

Also - Make sure to check any "Additional Information" sections that are listed. There's lots of ambiguous wording, such as: "While not necessarily malicious, the scanned file presents certain characteristics which depending on the user policies and environment may or may not represent a threat." (Actual language from Virus Total.)

I'm not saying this file does or does not contain malware. But I am saying that VirusTotal is unreliable and https://isc.sans.edu/diary/CSAM%3A+The+Power+of+Virustotal+to+Turn+Harmless+Binaries+Malicious/18759 or contains malware. So, BlackVL, chances are good the bot you made doesn't contain a virus. You would probably know if it did.

Yeah it's in dutch. I hope my manual is clear for you. If you have any questions about the usability I'll be happy to answer them.

The key is "moderation." Don't post or join too many groups too quickly in a daily basis. You may gradually increase that over time.

Don't waste your time, not working.

The GUI interface is very good, but you can't even login, and keep crashing, like i said i wasn't able to connect my account.

Please let me know what went wrong. The software works for me so there must be something different in the configuration of our computers. Can you share me your pc specs?
