So I decided to stake some of my assets with Celsius network since they offer 10.51% APY for MATIC and flat 8.88% for all stablecoins. Thanks to @PinguSpy for the recommendation.
Currently, they have active promo codes for both new users and existing/all users.

Here is an example and step by step for new user:
1. Download the app, create an account and verified it.
2. Go to your profile. Under promo codes, enter HODL10, STABLE50, and STABLE10 at the same time.
3. Transfer $365 ($350 + $15 fee) of USDC/USDT to your Celsius wallet.
That's it! The promo codes statuses will switch from PENDING to LOCKED in a few hours or so (sometimes it could take a day or two).
Also keep in mind for new user, you can only pick ONE out of three codes: HODL500, HODL50, HODL10.
For existing/all users, you can use multiple codes at the same time (let's say STABLE10, STABLE50, and STABLE600) as long as you deposit the required amount of each code at the same time. Please read the rules at the link above for more info.
Please make sure you DO NOT withdraw your assets during the lock periods! In case the prices are down, it won't affect your rewards. You will get your rewards at the end of locked period ends.
