Hey everyone!

Was curious if anyone knew how to get a link share from George Takei's FB page?

If you've ever seen his Facebook page posts, they get huge amounts of engagement for links and pictures. Typically, when his team shares a link it's mostly always to the same websites. Viral Nova / 22 Words / Diply / Guff / Bustle / Dose.

I assume that these pages are paying for shares on his page, since it's so often that they pop up. Anyone have any ideas?

He makes a shit load of money by posting those links daily , so do the founders of the above website , contact guff and they reach you back in my opinion

A post on that page generated about 200k clicks to the linked page about 2-3 years when the fan size was at 4 millions. It could generate more clicks now (8 million fans) even the organic reach has been down. I don't think you could get a post unless you pay a handsome of money.
 
They probably pay him a pretty penny to have him share their content/links.

I don't think you can just approach him and get him to promote your site - but you never know. Give it a go.

Yeah they probably do.... I've tried contacting them, but no response back. I run a decent sized page with similar content as those websites, so I was mainly curious if they go through some sort of third-party to pay for those shares on his page. Thanks though!
 
yeah i think to meet with them you have to be big baller, but it doesnt hurt to try

Ahh another thing I gotta add is that I have been following those guys since their first steps ,been into facebook (marketing) for 2 years and sth , they were generating 10-20k per day just to let you know , I the same dudes who own guff , as far as I know guff doesnt have any affiliate program for marketers to send traffic while diply do has , , why I am saying this ? tbh I dont think you do have enough budget to buy link shares on takei's page , if you do send me a PM and I will start looking for some footprints and find a way to contact him , that's all i can do :)

Most of the sites you mentioned run campaigns via Skylikes and similar websites. You can sign up at these websites and promote the link and get paid. Does that work?
