Geo Located Proxy/VPN for Google Places Reviews

I am currently providing Google Places Reviews for clients. I am searching for a Proxy/VPN service that provides multiple IPs in multiple countries, states/provinces, and cities that can be chosen from whenever needed.

So far, the only service I have found is VPN based HideMyAss. They provide 38 countries with 24000 different IPs and (what appears to be) an easy to use VPN switching software.

Before I sign up for the $80/yr though, I wanted to see if anyone had any recommendations. I need to get as close to the Google Places cities I am targeting.

Trying to upgrade here as I so far have purchased proxies from buyproxy for SB and a VPN connection from StrongVPN which I realize now was a bad investment when attempting location switching for Google Places citations.

So what do you recommend BHF members?

I am searching for a decent deal for VPNs in different cities (all around the world) with the ability to switch cities at a moments notice. I need to do this for a Fiverr campaign to satisfy the customers by getting as close to each city center. I normally would not run this campaign because I can make far more $$$ with local American businesses but I am trying to test out a theory of complete deniable thru proxies/vpn to leave revues all over the place.

I plan on HMA atm but would like a better alternative. Price x2 is not the big issue. More locations for connections around the world (VPN/Proxy) is better.
