Generate Sales for Web System

I have a web based pos / inventory management / crm system with on going development of frontend catalog.

Would like to find someone that can generate leads / sales for our system and will be paying out commission based. I do not have any affiliate links available etc, all sales will be tracked down manually at the moment.
