It doesn't really work. Pimps are not a real problem anymore in the better part of cities but it is a self regulating industry. The client will probably do nothing but the 'colleagues' will be pissed for ruining the general renommee. No hooker wants pissed hookers after her.

They're not hookers they're college girls that found a way to scam horny guys without doing anything but giving a back rub via some CL ads.
And ya it does work I had a roomate (female) 2-3 years ago for a brief period of time that was helping line up guys for girls (not the traditional seen on TV pimp) and it happens quite frequently.

I don't think doing the "cash and dash" is a very good idea. I read awhile back about a girl who was doing this and one of the guys she scammed got a friend to set up a date with her. All went well till she tried to scam the friend,
at which point, he shows up with 4 friends and they steal her money, smack her around and then take turns raping her. She didn't press charges because she knew that the defense would trot out her Escort ad and prove she was a providing illegal services.
