I’ve noticed that promoting gambling on Facebook is extremely challenging right now; it's very easy for your account to get banned. Almost every time you try to post an ad, your account gets suspended. Is there any solution to this problem?

You can use stronger aged accounts. They're better than normal profiles. You might need to cloak your landing page too.

To mitigate the risk, use cloaking techniques to show compliant content to moderators while displaying your actual ads to users. Additionally, frequently rotate your ad accounts and use high-quality proxies and anti-detect browsers to avoid detection.

There are 2 way i often recommend to my clients:
1. Use an old account with spending history and stable related resources (pages, proxy, fb account,...)
2. Changing your contents to be less aggressive (images, videos and texts).
P/s: you can also use cloaking to cover your landing page as well.
