if your client have verified license sure he'll get permission. like this days few renound gambling sites advertising on fb this days. you can search for them, sure you'll ensure about the issues.

Gambling is difficult to get approval from Facebook, so we use the old way: use an old age account, cover up links carefully, use VPS, stable and clean IP

facebook is being scanned and very easy to get banned
 
If the gambling ads can stand for over 3 days I think it's your success. We have to run on several accounts to get it continuously
 
if it is not licensed, the ban rate is very high because AI FB scans continuously and will definitely cause great loss to the ad account
