Galcomm.com domain registrar - has anyone used it?

They are based in Israel and register .co domains without intermediaries, which is rare.
Are they a better choice than resellers from NameSilo, Namecheap, and other European companies?
My niche: adult AI

I would not work with an internet company whose site looks like this. Never.

I only use popular company/business and I never heard this provider

Registrars rarely provide such information "directly", but it would be good to find out if they follow abuse requests from other jurisdictions or only from Israeli courts, and whether adult content is in their ToS. Thanks in advance.

I called the number a few times yesterday (we work on Sundays in Israel), it wasn't easy to get answers from the poor representative, that I'm not sure even understood some of the questions.

I'd stay away.

galcomm is ok. old company.
I don't use it though. I use EU and Asian and some U.S. registrars (not big ones).
mid-size ones are better in giving support and not suspending your domains.
