I think a lot of us felt this in our souls. At the same time it's like being mad because your drug dealer keeps fucking you over yet you still got to go back. You either need to get a new drug dealer or go clean (start a new business)

As to what I should be doing, "you should be addressing OP's damn serious issue!", I'm pretty sure you are not one who over sees what I should be doing here.
I serve the forum at the pleasure of the Admins and they are the ones who direct me.
But to address your point about the OP, that is not a field I'm extremely well versed in and thus do not get involved and leave that to others. Kind of like if I need a guy to fix the transmission on my car. I don't mess with it although I know enough about it if I HAVE to fix it but ask someone else to take care of it.

Im long term in this business. I think SMM Panels are switching alot server on services without changing description to get more earnings.
They Sell USA LIKES YOU get Turkish for 3.3$ K
For IG LIKES:
Also they are not testing enough, they tell you 20K Base and only 8K are possible. So you test with 100 to loose not so much, deposit for 20K order and you only get 8K out of it.
I tried to be a provider too, registrated 10K accounts, but its so hard without coding skills.

And whilst I am not at all, you still are avoiding a bloody serious issue. One on which you (no joke) gave the seller the 'right' and deemed me as not truthful because I could not deliver proof. The very least you and your admins can do is chime in here, because only OP alone has lost 10K. I lost 2K. I think all in all, we're talking in hundreds of thousands of losses if I am correct.
Whether you're versed or not: I do not care. We are your members and we're in your 'garage'. When my car breaks down and I am wandering in your garage and you are present, the least you can do is notify a mechanic or salesman to help me, right?! I am not trying to be rude nor demanding here, but the fact remains that we are being scammed and nothing is done about it. Even if (!!!) we open a shitlist because sellers delete accounts. In the real world, this is highly illegal, removing proof and winning cases by doing so!
Anyhow, I made my point and will leave it at this, I think. If you need any info, feel free to hit me up. I would be glad to.

You are! I just told you that YOU, nobody else but YOU, deemed my shitlist unjust and let the seller get away with 2K of my hard earned money.
Seen the scope of this issue, I'd better take another attitude, because one day this is going to blow up and BHW will be involved for facilitating these scammers. Mind you again, this scam runs into hundreds of thousands of dollars!!!

Can someone who owns/runs a panel answer this for me:
If I order 1000 likes in a dripfeed for $1, I know it will charge me $1 at the start. Let's say I do 100 x 10 runs, and only 2/10 of those runs are delivered, is it supposed to automatically refund the other $.80 or do I have to open a ticket?
I know panels will take the $1 at the beginning, but when I look at order history I will see some of those runs are showing $0.10 charged, and then when I look at the entire dripfeed summary it will say $0.20 charged for the partial delivery.
This is confusing because did they give me $.80 refund or not? And how do I tell this if I can't see a balance history like a bank account to see my funds being debited & credited??
