The OP in the thread you mentioned didn't out a site. He outed a keyword. It was a jrvip that outed (hacked) sites, it was an exec vip that outed this was not the only keyword this hacking lowlife parasite targets. You'll be watching them too right?

When people come to BHW requesting a FB account hacked the forum tells them to get lost. When the forum sees someone being a parasite on the income of another person they should say nothing? Right... Talk about your double standards.
How about it's your site that's hacked OP? Still feel the hacker is ever so kewl then? Still feel like threatening people to silence is kewl then? To me, hacking a money site is on the same level as scamming, you may have your own views regarding that but BH SEO should not mean hacking imho.
One site I could trace thru G cache now displays a message about possibly being hacked, it is losing income because some parasite rather piggy backs on successful webmasters than actually build something for himself. And now you are sticking up for this parasite.

The community standards of society at large is to inform on another to protect themselves.

I believe you are completely missing the point. You have the search engines buying link packages, and you have webmasters that want to improve their serps buying link packages to turn those packages over to Google and others in an attempt to bring other sites down and thereby increase their position. For whatever reason, those webmasters are unable to compete. Therefore, they do what they can do in an attempt to compete.

When put in an overall light, people are complaining that others are using whatever method they can to improve their position, including intentional or accidental ratting. Yet BHW specializes in the twisting of the search engine algorithms to their advantage. Informing is just another take on this.

This does not mean that I approve of informing on another. It simply means that I accept that it is going to happen irregardless of how others feel or think. You are acting from your self interest and they from theirs.
