This Guy Literally DOMINATES the first 5 PAGES of Google!!

I was just doing some random keyword research and googled the phrase - rapid weight loss now

And there's a guy in 90% of the first 5 pages possibly more didn't go that far back. Random sites all rated 5 stars redirecting to the same site. Crazy!!!

I dunno how he did it, or how long it will last. But I find it impressive.

Damn straight that's impressive, especially for a weightloss keyword. Can't see it sticking though.

45k clicks so far. WOW! must've been there for a while. Seems like the ultimate churn and burn technique.
 
This guys doing some pretty simple yet sophisticated stuff. It just further shows that Google doesn't have a clue about what they are doing when stuff like this gets by without any issue.

Nearly all of the titles are the exact same on every SERP with manufactrured ratings and "updated" content dates.

It's using a simple referrer redirect for visitors that visit from the SERPs. It looks like these are hacked websites in which the Webmasters don't know what's happening on their domain. Taking a look at most of the homepages they all seem to be live and active websites. My guess is some simple unpatched exploit to have a network of sites for this purpose.

Then each website links to another site that is controlled by this guy, essentially linking quality domains among eachother so that they all rank well.

Sounds like the same guy that was in one of the niches I was testing out. He was showing up for almost every search result and redirecting all the pages directly to the affiliate offer. His clickbank was banned at one point, but then he started up again. He's not in my niche anymore, I guess now I know where he went.
 
Can someone time how long it takes for this to be fixed on Googles end, since the time that this post was submitted? I am guessing 2 hours.
 
How are you guys checking the 45k hits? Straight redirection and still he is ranking. WOW
