I think you did not understand the question. I am looking for an FTP server where videos that can be downloaded are stored.

Looks like language related issue or something else. Nobody - almost nobody hosts the data in FTP server. They does it in VPS shared or Dedicated.
BUT as your last reply says - there is no one uploaded video in a ftp server and for others to download the videos.
