well you can learn from youtube regarding keyword research. search how to do "keyowrd research" and you will find many videos on this where some people will manually check that which keyword is good to rank and which is not and most of them will use some free or paid tools to do keyword research. free tools include google keyword planner, ubber suggest by neil patel, use of google trends, answer the public is another fee tool, keyword everywhere extension on chrome, Soovle is another website and paid tool include kwfinder, semrush and many more paid tool.
