Hey BlackHatWorld... First and foremost I'd like to thank everyone on this forum. Whether you're a noob or a senior member. I've learned a lot on this in the past 5-6 years.

In the past 14 months I've been getting ready to transition from my old company to my new.

Just a little background on me... I got my bachelor's in computer science from a private engineering school in southern California. Once I was done with that I got certificates in cyber security and artificial intelligence. Now after knocking education on it's ass I decided I knew enough about the industry to take this venture to the next level.

I started coding the base for my new company then went to an angel investor to see if I could get funded and hire a couple of developers.

After seeing my idea, and concept code my angel investor put in a large sum of money and dedicated 10 of his software engineers to work with me.

My idea was to get AI integrated with SEO and Social Media. I started with analytics tools trying to use AI to generate strategy on how to do SEO depending on keywords you want to rank for.

It cuts down costs a lot when doing SEO. The AI figures out what you need to do to rank for the keywords you want to rank for based on the current top results.

For example I want to rank for Pizza Deliver Los Angeles. The software goes out and figures out what the current top 4 results are doing and have done to rank number 1, 2, 3, 4 and mimics it… then goes the extra mile. To have you rank number one.

We have a couple of case studies with large franchises like Dominos. We ran it for them in New York and ranked them amazingly. We also ran facebook ads to get people to sign up for an early bird program. Where they save $500 to sign up before we launch. We got 167 sign ups.

Monday is our first day of going live and I plan on updating this journey.

This was a quick write up while I sit on my flight back to LA. I will give more details once I land.

Again thank you for all the support. You guys are awesome!

All the best Andre. This is a very interesting project. Wishing you massive success for this. Remember me as the first guy to wish you success once you've made it :)

Following, What's the business model of your tool? price? market? availability?

Hey Taya, being in the Los Angeles area we noticed that a bunch of SEO companies were signing people up on 12 months contracts then charging them an arm and a leg. So our approach was to build an AI platform that cuts costs so we can pass them onto our clients.

The business model is fairly simple. It's a software, and a service. Price is anywhere from $500-3,000 just depending on how many keywords the client wants. 25 keywords = $500. Availability we just did a soft launch to our 167 new clients today. We will launch on BHW soon also at a lower price... probably around $300 instead of $500 for our BHW members.

Kind regards,
Andre Youkhna

First day is finally over! My team and I contacted the 167 people on the waitlist... with 120 of them responding. Their work has started!

Make space for innovation.

Starting to scale the facebook ads. I actually just got a new team to help us with our FB ads and bring in more volume!
