Okay so you're from the UK. It's incredibly rare anyone being sent down for "hacking", so you could prove your story quite easily by a link to a media article.

if you were making $20k/month you had to be really good, just believe in yourself and get back to the game. It shouldn't be that hard, one year is not very much.

You had 12 idle months to ponder about your future. Recall all those positive things you wanted to do when you get out. I think that's enough to get you started again.

if you was making 20k a month for sure you can find something to work again, jail make some people stronger some not and you as everyone had some things that motivated you while you was doing your time. so think about this and new things and feel happy you are free, forget the girl there are many others and she was probably with you because of money you had, good luck!
 
$20k a month is not small amount by any means... Respect.

Ive had the highs and lows with IM. Get back to the basics, you'll be fine.
 
Whilst I was in jail I had lots of ideas, many. I couldn't wait to get out to start getting back into things. I was so motivated in jail its one of the things that kept my mind active. But when I got out for the first week I was buzzing with ideas, then I just hit the rocks. I felt like the mountain was to steep and maybe I didn't have the necessary climbing gear to reach the peak.

You know how doubt messes with your head.

I will get back to it. It's the only future I can see if I'm to have a future. I can't do 9-5 in a cubical working like a robot pumping out web designs for the rest of my life making someone else rich.

I need a good seminar, or lecture, something of inspiration.

Richard Branson was a role model whilst I was in prison, infact he still is. His books are inspirational. I might read them again.

This is what I enjoy reading. To feel that I'm not the only one that's in this boat and others have been here before. I don't have any friends or family that own a business, or work for themselves so inspiration from peers is zero.
 
I've almost lost my life in a crash, survived. Couldnot get on the computer due the wounds and pain i've suffered. That make me even more motivated and powerful. The only point of the shit that happens to us in life is if you take the point of view to motivate your self. Be a warrior be a winner, if you have done it once you can to it better the second time. It huts I know from myself... But be a playa or stay in the corner...

Just look at the bright side. You may not have much cash, but typically none of us did when we started either.

Think of it as a new start except this time you have a mountain of knowledge in your head to help you out.

It get's easier, trust me :)

A lot of us cling to BHW for motiviation in the IM world.

IM as a profession is still a rare thing.

I had plenty of people tell me that I wasn't going to make any money at all online unless I scammed people or stole CC info.

But 10 years later I'm the CEO of 2 companies and all those haters and doubters now want my help with their online needs.


Just remember this thread when you're back up to 20k a month :)
 
If you could make that much money online then you can do it again! Don't give up, a quitter's mentality is the worst sickness you can have
 
same here bro been up and down and I know one thing you will get back on top again its just a matter of time.
