SUb'd...

Also, JohnsonDaniel,

When you get a moment can we chat on Skype? I am a HAPPY CLP customer...though my questions are moreso related to this script and it's uses in a particular scenario.

Thanks!

SKYPE HANDLE IS: MarketologyTeam

Just as info for other people, Parkingcash and I got talking, and the issue is with the server he is using, and the way it's configured (it's a Windows server).
What he wanted to do with the iframes was tested on my server (standard LAMP) and worked just fine.

when your new version will be released we are eagerly waiting

After some messing around from some BHW users who'll remain nameless (you know who you are), the latest version of this script will remain private for now.

That's not to say that this version, in the OP, isn't perfectly functional and adequate, but a later one I coded has some more whistles and bells.

can you PM me your PP address, I really needed this script to adapt into mine, I want to send you a donation

Hi JohnsonDaniel,

This is a great script and I have been using it for quite a while...

I just switched CPA networks from maxbounty to Neverblue. Does Neverblue have protection against this? None of the links work when i try to blank the ref...

If it makes a difference, I am iframing. When I do src="http://whereveryouuploaded/?http://neverblueofferwithparameters" it does not work. When I do src="http://neverblueofferwithparameters" it works fine.

Any suggestions?

EDIT: When I just put http://whereveryouuploaded/?http://neverblueofferwithparameters into an internet browser it tries to redirect me to the offer with the parameters stripped out (it gets rid of the ?'s and the &'s).

What's happening here is that you're trying to iframe the offer, and the Advertiser is using framebusting code on their page, which means that it won't display in an iframe.
Best advice, keep trying other offers until you find some which don't use framebusting code.

The issue here was addressed in a revision to the code, which I posted a few posts after the OP.
Another possible issue is the fact that the blanking script expects you to have a referer - if you place that link on a page, then it should work but, if you type it in, you start with no referer, and that could cause the issue you're seeing.
Having said that, the script IS designed to pass on parameters, so it shouldn't be stripping them out (are you sure it's not Neverblue's redirection which removes them? if it is, don't worry, they have kept your Pubid and Subid's in ther system prior to redirecting).

referrers leak

10% referrers leak

No offense I appreciate the code and stuff. However we need more research. The leak is from the original referrer. The script itself never show up as referrer.

Mind expanding a little more? Showing proof and examples of leaks so it can be patched.

Without knowing how you have set stuff up, there's no way to know if it's your own setup which causes the leaks.
Comments like yours, both posted on here and sent to me in PM's, are what made the updated version remain private and unreleased - shame :(
Don't get me wrong, I'm all for constructive criticism, but "constructive" is the key word here. Just posting offhand statements without any further details is completely pointless.

Its weird.. Adsense shows that there is no leak.. and Statscounter also.. but Namesdrive shows the referer link.. ..

Is there a way I can purchase the new version of this script.. I have been banned by adsense even though it shows no leak..but maybe Adsense has more information like Namesdrive but doesn't show it to the user.

Hi everyone,
First of all I want to thank JohnsonDaniels for his awesome script.
Second, I'm here to ask some further information, as I'm testing this script since several days and I noticed that once in a while a referrer is leaked, and I'm trying to understand why.
I'm sure it isn't Opera, as I didn't have any visitors with that browser.
I know that the newer version has been kept private, and even I would love to receive it, I read the posts and I can understand this decision.
I would like to know, if it's possible, at least an hint on what needs to be improved and I will try to optimize it myself, although I'm not so skilled in coding.
Thank you guys for all the effort and the ideas :)

maybe a stupid question but can someone explain what this script does?

Search this forum for "referer" or "blank referer" to understand what these terms mean and why you may want to use this script.

Hey Deniel

So are those peeps are right about your script that referer leaks ?

I personally tested your script and its working perfect for me.

Is it possible in any way to get the newer version of this script ?

It will be very useful if you sell it to us.

Will create another thread, possibly later on today, but definitely no later than Monday, with the updated version of the blanker.
The updated version goes as far as Referer.us (i.e. most versions of Opera also, but not the latest).

You sir are a master at marketing.

;)

Where is the new version of this? and how much is it, if it isn't free?

[h=2]JohnsonDaniel is there a way to get an updated version of your script? I havent tried your old version but i am sure it will do what i want it to do... thanks.[/h]
