1.Work out whether your gig is really popular - how many other users are selling it, how many sales / reviews do they have, etc.

2.Assuming it is popuplar then look at what everyone else is offering. If you need to kick start your sales then you need to offer MORE than they are offering. Thats a sure way to increase sales.

3.Make sure you always over deliver, always ask for reviews from your buyers in exchange for the over delivery and always make sure you are doing a tip-top job. No want to avoid unhappy buyers AT ALL COSTS.

4.If you offer buyers more for their money and its a popular niche you WILL get sales. Once the sales are rolling in and you have a good reputation then you can increase your prices - I have tried and tested this, and you can increase prices once you have good flow of traffic and assuming its still fairly priced compared to other sellers, you will retain the traffic and you have increased revenue.

NOTE: If on the other hand you are looking for paid help then you should move to the hire a freelancer section.

How about this - cut the price in half / offer double. Update your description to say its a special opening offer.

This will drive in sales if there is a market.
