i am looking to employ - affiliate account manager for each country or territory

new site redesign going live today / tomorrow (big slick poker)

We currently only offer poker, bingo and side games; (but we are adding a sports book in the next few weeks)

we also have a number of live clubs - this gives us a direct route to market

We are now looking to grow are affiliate team with the addition of a Poker Affiliate Manager.
Main responsibilities:

Act as affiliate account manager, with particular emphasis on Poker
Identifying new affiliates and key partners to promote their products
Negotiating deals with affiliates
Communicate with affiliates on a regular basis via e-mail, phone, newsletters and forums and maximise their profitability
Brief, manage and analyse affiliate creative in order to optimise conversion rates
Respond to queries in a timely manner
Attend affiliate conferences and other events/meetings as required

The ideal candidate:

Individuals with experience of online/affiliate marketing, particularly in the online gaming industry is preferred

A good understanding of online gaming, with poker being a preference

Strong negotiation skills

An enthusiastic team player

Strong client facing and relationship skills

this is not about bringing players on but recruiting new affiliates who will bring the players on
this is not about joining another network spending money just to list

we are building a team


you will be paid a basic and a commission based on the revenue your affiliates or deals bring in


Must be fluent in English.
