This plugin will try to pull full-text articles from the RSS feeds even if they don't provide it: https://wordpress.org/plugins/cybersyn/

The plugin uses the popular freeware Full-Text RSS library which can be found in https://bitbucket.org/fivefilters/full-text-rss/ (in case if you are looking for recent updates).

...and next question is how then I can spin the article using the plugin too,... Any idea
 
Unfortunately you can't. The previous versions of the CyberSyn plugin were integrated with WordAi and TBS spinners, but for some unknown reason the wordpress.org administration doesn't allow it and have insisted to remove these spinners from the code.

And when you say 'try' does that mean it fails to grab full content often?
 
The plugin is mine, but this recently added article extraction code is not (it's a GPL project by fivefilters). So it's literally trying to extract the full text articles, but doesn't guarantee anything. See if it works for your kind of feeds because the real AI is still not invented and computer programs are not almighty yet :) You can read more about that code here: https://bitbucket.org/fivefilters/full-text-rss/overview

BTW, the same code is used in may other projects like feedsapi.com etc...
 
Better spin it manually after all. I also pass it through Grammarly as well, 99.9% readable!
