do you know some free website builders so I will just pay for domain and no additional fee?
Seems like there are no free website builders anymore

I think you're looking for ready-made themes.
There are still some web builders though, you can check them out

It cost money to make money. Most web host offer builders now days. Just cut out 2 sodas a month and you can cover the cost of hosting.

I think you are looking for a hosting with builder.
I don't find a good free hosting plan these days but you can try 000webhost which is fully free but the problem the server is slow.

For builder, only elementor is one of the best free drag and drop page builder that I used until now.
