Go with "Free Shipping". Consumers are out to save money so the fewer things they need to pay for the better. Just incorporate the cost of shipping into the cost of your products (increase product price points).

I'm a strong advocate for free shipping, the majority of online shoppers look for free shipping so you have a much higher chance of conversions.
I guarantee you will get tons of abandoned carts if you do free+shipping because when people come to your store expecting a free item, they get surprised by the shipping cost and just leave and never come back.
