Looking for a bot that can bypass youtubes daily upload limit of 15. Should be able to upload over 500 videos in a day, can be stopped whenever I need to stop it. Lmk

I discovered this a little late. I don't want a program or script. I'm undecided on how to go about learning Python. I was writing simple lines of html and css before. I am familiar with algorithm logic (in c#). But I don't know where to start for python. If you have time, I would appreciate it if you could help me where to start.
