i'm not a student, so i don't have any .edu addresses, however i tried the good ol' create yourself an .edu address even if you're not a student trick, but namecheap doesn't like the school

haha, guy's come'on this is namecheap you are talking about here, not some startup which is 6 months old, they know how marketers can abuse there system.so that's the reason of their precautions. and i shared it for people who are still students residing in US and UK, so no hush hush tactics to blackhat their system they are doing something good there.
