Free Iphone X - CpaGrip

There is an offer for a "Free Iphone X" on CpaGrip.
I am a complete beginner with CPA. I understood how you can make money with app installs or when you sign up for a dating/cam website.

But, I don't understand how those "Free...." content lockers work.
We promote the CPA and then get paid for each email submitted or if they download an app?

And what about the incentive? CpaGrip clearly states that you have to give them what you offer, which is a free Iphone X in this case. But, obviously there is no way anybody is getting an Iphone X for free.
Fake incentive ---> Ban/or no payment from CpaGrip right?

Why would CpaGrip even promote such an offer when they those incentives can't be given.

I'm sorry for such a beginner question, but I think I am missing the bigger picture here.

The incentive = what YOU give the user for completing the offer = locked content
The offer = what the ADVERTISER is offering the user = chance to win an iPhone X

Here's an example:
User wants to download a mp3 file that you locked
User unlocks the file by completing an offer (enter the contest to win an iPhone X)
User can now dowload the mp3 file

That was where I was confused. I thought it was just a way to collect emails.

No, nobody wins anything as it is a Black Hat method to collect emails in order to promote a variety of ancillary offers.

I find it weird that advertisers have the right to promote blackhat offers in cpagrip but publishers can't .. only whitehat allowed

Take care of your AM by sending quality traffic and they usually allow you to do almost anything to generate leads.

By usually I mean I've never had one say no to me for some of the BH stuff I do.

I was thinking of something similar. Maybe just create a video stating HOW TO WIN IPHONE X and redirect people to that lol and monetise the views + maybe add another CPA email submit offer from another network

NO cpagrip they don't accept BH at all that's why i changed them and i start using ogads

Is Any body familiar with the best way to Earn from CPA Marketing.. Been studying for close to 6 months now..

Whitehat or blackhat way? Which one do you prefer?
There are a lot of free and paid resources on BHW:
- information which is free
- very cheap niche websites
