I had an idea of making the bot post the image with the text that the user added or if it's left blank, just post the photo.

Also another way could be the database that you mentioned !

unfortunately I don't have better idea than google as a source, so phrase: "keyword" site:instagram.com -site:instagram.com/p/ -site:help.instagram.com -site:instagram.com/explore/ and then scrape number of followers, number of followings, number of posts.

I had an idea of making the bot post the image with the text that the user added or if it's left blank, just post the photo.

Here you go : https://imgur.com/gallery , When you hover over the image it display the title, so it can be scrapped from the same page to check if it contain a specific keyword. If u think this is going to take a lot of work, then an alternative to that is to just scrape the trending images with their posts title on a CSV & keep doing so continuously.
