You learned a lot, you just joined today, and you want people to give you free content for your crappy blog, and it has to be 1500 words unique content and high quality?

one thing i want to clear that its not fishy and there are so many people who has been learning without sign up. if anybody think its fishy then they can ignore this thread.

Ah thank you. At first I thought it was fishy, but now you have clarified, NOT fishy.

Why do you have such strict criteria? That's not free. We have to give you something of high value to qualify.

The best thing you can do is not offer a freebie on your first day, it looks suspicious. Some are joining and offering a " free " guest post to get free content, better than paying for writers.
Build a reputation by helping others, gain trust then offer a freebie. It's not a race.
