Which page are you referring to if you are seeing a d0follow link?

I'm only seeing no-follow but indexed looking at new entries from the past week that have the verified page. It's still pretty neutral as a no-follow and doesn't have a way to put in your own information to tailor to your niche topic (though I do see a Create my Own Certificate so maybe it's possible) and I can't see it hurting anything either.
