Fradulent card attempt on my website- any advice

Hey guys!

I have a website selling digital product and have payment getaway, since 2-3 days from same IP adress attempt to make order 200+ with different product each attempt single product so my payment processor contacted with me and said you should block this IP address cauıse hes fraud attack to your website.
Which i done that on cpanel, but hes able to bypass system somehow..
I install captcha and remove payment proccesor for couple hour so after i activate payment getaway hes able to make multiple time attempt again.
I contact with couple people but nobody knows what to do.
Is there anyone face with same issuee and how you guys solved it?
another thing is is there anyone can help me i could pay for that service for sure..
Cause only option i have atm block entire country which i dont want it..

I don't understand so you complain this person is buying to much from your website and the processor contacted you because is fraudulent?

nope hes not able to complete transaction.. all failed, hes doing this because try to suspend my payment processor which can be possible since my merchant is high risk.

I understand the processor doesn't like it when too many orders are created and go unpaid.

My IQ since morning 15 so please show understanding cause i been deal with them since yesterday night and got stressed..

Limit the number of orders for everyone, in that case, until it stops. For example, a customer can't place an order more often than every 10 minutes.

but website has no signup or register option actually.
so people come and select package they wish (smm 100 follower or what) and input username then customer info then kaboom

For you as a site owner see where you can make the restriction. But probably I would make some limit at least at the level of IP, that from one ШЗ could not make an order more often than N minutes. Just temporarily customize the backend code that handles registration/order.
