I have a massive amount of 10-200 monthly search keywords that are all targeted which earn me the best.

A massive keyword for 500k searches will not have any qualified leads on there, just the odd few pot luck conversions which aren't going to give you beer money.

• Head on over to ThePornDude.com.
• Search for websites which are in your niche, or websites which are close to your niche.
• Research 10 such websites and see the + and - of each website. View them like a regular user and as a webmaster. See where they need improvement.
• Note down your ideas in a notepad file or even better on a piece of paper.
• Build your website according to your research, make it better than the websites found earlier. Make it unique, add extra features, extra stuff.
• Forget about ads for at least 1 month. You will just scare the visitors, if you add ads and popups. What will they say? ohh, yet another website which I have to close the popups and wait for the video player to load.
