forum host change expert

I want to change my forum online host xobor to xenforo so i contact the host support of xobor yesterday <[email protected]> and i received this message today:
Hi Adeniyi,
we only offer hosting with our own forum software Xobor.
You are welcome to order a full SQL-Dump of your forum (price depends on the size of the
forum, but will range from 25-50 Euro). This dump you can use to import the data to any
forum software you like but you will need some programming skills to convert the dump to the new software's database architecture.
I don't understand this message pls what does it means.

It means you will need to contact xenforo and see if they provide a program that will convert the data to them.

Your forum's database needs to be modified to work with your new host if you want to avoid starting from scratch.

Currently we do not have an importer for Xobor,
so you would need to go via a 3rd party import
system if one exists, or, hire someone to custom
code an importer for you.
We do not directly offer this service ourselves
however.

i've told you, hire SQL guy, you have freelancer.com some indian can make it for $10

first get a backup of your sql database , also files for backup propuse
(from your host)
they you will need to find a freelancer to insert your old database to xenforo

post an ad on BHW in the freelance section or on upwork or something. Most web host are not going to convert the database for you. I am guessing this will cost you anywhere from 100 bucks to 500 to get it done.
