Fun fact....in E.U forging official documents it's illegal even if don't use it....bhw is a strange place.....you can buy fake passports but if you TALK about hacking you are getting banned.

Stealth accounts by their very nature are illegal and consequently, any transactions going through a stealth account are being laundered. Anyone using a stealth account is taking a risk and they should be aware of this.

Nah, DD wasn’t facilitating illegal activities.
The service in and of itself wasn’t illegal.
Stealth accounts aren’t illegal.
And use of a stealth account isn’t necessarily “laundering”, you can use stealth accounts for none illegal purposes, that do not more than violate TOS, which isn’t illegal, and even be on the up/up for your transactions for taxes.

I agree with you. But, I doubt judges and law enforcement will see it that way.
They will just see an eBay seller with 20 stealth accounts, all different names, addresses, etc. and will immediately assume money laundering!

my opinion: it is against FB term of service, but doubt it is illegal per California or federal laws . then again, if FBI wanted to, they can find a way to make it illegal through existing laws on the book.

I hate to say it... but these guys are computer nerds really, not serious criminals. I just don't think it's worth getting bummed in the shower for a fake document. They did 1.5 million, which for pakistani standards, is a hell of a lot, plus you have political elements at play here, so they are probably gonna get done hard here, to make an example of him.
