Probably worse. It will weigh down your site's ability to take off after the sandbox period.
If possible, get a kw research package from the marketplace.

why not focus a few hours a week or day on expanding your social media and getting link juice that way?

You need need those pages anyhow , it isn’t suspicious or TOS violating at all and it will actually help your new site get traction and new eyes on it?

Not to hate on anyone who hustles link selling but I think hiring a VA to post and network on socials is a far better use of money than paying for spam links for reheat you are doing ….. doing it yourself is better too and saves money .
 
Whatever your website condition is, dont go for low quality backlinks. This will make more harm.
 
Try to focus more about content with unique topic and use more type of keywords after that do optimize your On page SEO. after that you build more backlinks , And don't give up until achieve your goal mean time do social bookmarking it will help as well

I have created faceboook, twitter and mastodon pages for my website, I have followers and interaction with my posts, but it didn't helped much.

Don't buy any backlinks from bhw until you're sure you have your content and kw opoint

the one's which are not related to your niche, spammed comment links, creating profile links in a totally unnecessary place, creating links in parasites, posting in notepad sites etc.

Sure! Low quality backlinks are better than nothing. But it's about 20-200, not thousands.
 
No backlinks are better than low quality backlinks, backlinks can hurt your site if they came from spammy blogs
