Followliker for instagram

I've been employed to grow the instagram account for 4 brands in a EU country. My plan is to use followliker only to like posts of a certain hashtag, so as to get followers and likes back. I do not want to follow lost of people because even with the unfollow function, it looks bad on the brand image.

My question is: Can I instruct followliker to only like posts which have a certain amount of likes already? An instruction would be: "Like all posts of #blackhat with 10 or more likes"

Is this possible?

Yes, it's possible. I've been doing this on FL liking photos with less than 30 likes on specific hashtags.
