Just made a one line macro to follow lots of people on Pinterest if anyone is interested. Super simple, but saves tons of time. Just open up a page (for example anyone who re-pinned a pin in your niche) and run this in a loop:

TAG POS=1 TYPE=BUTTON ATTR=TXT:Follow
WAIT SECONDS=0.2
