Let me preface this rant by saying I recently upgraded my followliker license from (1) account to (5) accounts about a week ago and paid with PayPal. Paypal tells me the payment was refunded and I didn't know why. I emailed FL and they didn't help at all (I gave them my transaction numbers from PayPal to push the solution along) Then I see they charged me again for the upgrade! Not only that, but I can't even log into my account because it says I don't have a license and this is their response after countless attempts to get a solution from them: "Hello, It seems you just want to do whatever you like, okay fine. Do you know that disputes are against our terms and we shouldn't even be replying you. We asked you simple question, but you have turned it into something else. This is the question for the last time: --> Did you initiate a dispute on your order?" How is that a good response to a customer?
