Flipping an affiliate website after Amazon commission changes

I was curious to see if people are attempting to sell their websites given the current climate (coronavirus, Amazon commission changes). I've been checking out a few places, mainly Flippa.

It's reasons like this why I find Flippa a bit malicious...

Websites are still being sold (or rather.. presented in auction) based on the value they used to earn prior to Amazon's changes April 21st.

Is this morally right? To lure someone unsuspecting in and not disclose this sort of information?

I had to comment on the auction, as it seems the seller is deleting comments!

This is common dude I have also seen websites with fake traffic and earnings screenshots being sold for 4 figures so no surprise there
 
The sad thing is, this guy was asking for $150k and somebody with apparently $100k in transaction history has bid about $80K. He's going to be real disappointed when he sees the Amazon affiliate dashboard.

I mean flippa has always been bullshit. Fake screenshots, fake earnings, hidden PBNs that would then be removed etc... Obviously bullshit, but if someone has $80k to just impulse buy without research....
 
Today I even seen few sites in motion Invest selling for high multiples of amazon associates sites. I created a thread as well today regarding this.
