FL installation help

OK so I bought FL 2 days ago, It asks me for my licence username and password to get into the software. I tried to use the avange username and password but it doesn't work and all the other names since I've bought the software. I tried contacting support and nothing. I don't understand why this has to be difficult. Am I doing something wrong? Any help is appreciated!

enter the information you got in your mail from FL.
it's that simple.
 
I did I went through all the emails and none of them worked. About to just get a refund
 
I went through my mail again and actually didn't find anything from FL, only mail from avangate. Is this normal?
 
OK nvm for some reason FL didn't show up unless I searched for it in my mail, found it thanks to all. Feel stupid lol
