Hello my dearest members,
I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the input chipped in by fellow members in regards to the issue.
I would want to hire a freelancer who is skilled in Facebook who can assist in fixing the FB Pixel issue that I am experiencing. Do PM me.
Below is the description of the issue that I am facing.
For the past 5 hours, I am having trouble setting up the FB Pixel. Let me explain exactly what I meant. I am able to install FB Pixel into my Wordpress via a plugin called ( Pixelyoursite) . I downloaded FB Pixel Helper on google chrome to verify the authenticity of the installation. As you can see from the screenshot 1 , the FB Pixel is working with options such as " troubleshoot pixel" and " View Analytics". However, it is missing a crucial options called " Set Up Events " as shown in screenshot 2.
Furthermore, when I went to the FB events manager --> Data Source , I don't see the analytics and I cant set up events as shown in screenshot 3.
What is more worrying is that I have clearly connect the pixel into the website and even verify the domain on FB. Yet, under "all activities ", it shows " 0 websites found" , as shown in screenshot 4. Instead, the message that was sent by Fb is to request me to " Review which limited conversion events can be used by your pixels", as shown in screenshot 5.
Thus, I would really appreciate if anyone can assist me in remedying this problem ? I have tried switching off ads blocker, clearing of caching , re-installing the pixel but to no avail. I have even watched countless of YouTube videos and searching around the internet but I cant seem to solve the problems.
